Avenex is an independent IT consultancy. Contact us through the form on this site.
What we collect
Contact form: name, company, email and your message, used only to reply to you. AI chat: your questions and the answers, stored for up to 90 days to improve the assistant; your IP address is kept only as a one-way hash. If you send a request after chatting, the chat is attached to it.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics cookies are set only after you accept them; you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Elsewhere analytics runs by default.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery, AI models) and Google (analytics). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data through the contact form.
